About Ocean Winds

A pure offshore wind player, leading a new era of clean energy by turning the ocean winds into power that light up homes, businesses, and communities. From end-to-end, we make it happen—building wind farms at sea and keeping them running to deliver reliable, green energy every day.

Ocean Winds goes beyond energy to deliver lasting impacts. What makes us unique is the expertise of our people, the experience gained through our projects, and the vision from our sponsors, EDPR and ENGIE.
Together, we deliver offshore wind projects that create value and set new standards for lasting impacts.

Cost Efficiency &
Technical Excellence
  • Achieving reductions in LCOE
  • Minimizing project uncertainties and trial-and-error

Ocean Winds minimizes project risk and execution uncertainty through a Direct Development & Operation model, achieving LCOE reduction and operational efficiency.
By internalizing offshore wind O&M capabilities, the company significantly reduces operational expenditure (OPEX) while enhancing long-term reliability — fully aligned with Korea’s LCOE-driven renewable energy policy direction.

Vision for Korea
  • Applying OW’s accumulated operational experience and technical expertise
  • Contributing to the development of a skilled offshore wind workforce and fostering a sustainable local industrial ecosystem

Ocean Winds views Korea as a strategic hub for integrating its global expertise and technological leadership. Through the Hanbando Offshore Wind Project, Ocean Winds aims to transfer advanced know-how, cultivate domestic offshore wind professionals, and foster a sustainable local industrial ecosystem.
